- Second: If this information is not available or does not provide satisfactory results, find the General Category that your item is under, click on the Type of item first, Precision Matches will automatically load. If no exact matches are shown you have the option to click on Extended Results that relaxes rigid filter criteria. The next obvious selection for many customers is the Manufacturer as each filter further refines the search.
NOTE: Extended Results provides two distinct functions, one, is to relax filter criteria and the other is to find similar parts and testing equipment associated with that Item. - Third: We have provided numerous filters and phrases beyond eBays own filter criteria. The customer should determine what filter(s) or phrase(s) that are necessary to find a particular item being mindful that within eBays system of data retrieval, there is a law of diminishing returns.
- Fourth: If you experience zero results for your Item Search, you will find under most circumstances, too many filters have been selected. The best option going forward is to slowly eliminate the least important filter(s) or phrase(s) until your item loads. If you've done this and selected Extended Results, and your Item still does not load, there's a good chance the Item is not available on eBay at that time.
- Fifth: We have done our due diligence in trying to provide the most extensive and meaningful search criteria available for the customer and are constantly striving to stretch our imagination beyond the horizon. We cannot accomplish this on our own so we rely on your feedback; Because at the end of the day, your input determines our success.
NOTE: This site was designed by engineers. We have removed certain filters that we feel are not conducive to an Infrastructure search and we left some in that were questionable.
